Ages 18mo-2yrs: One parent must be present on the floor to help child learn to listen and to try new things as directed by the coach. This class is great to help the child learn in a group setting. The first part of the the class is more coach-directed while the last 10-15 minutes will be a time for your child to explore and try new things directed by you in the gym!
Ages 3-4yrs: the parent may watch from the side.

Kinderoo

Ages 5-6, 1 hour class.
Your child needs to be able to participate without a parent. This class starts your child in the basics of gymnastics with direction from the coach and also incorporates play time. It is a great place for your child to learn how to listen to a teacher without the help of a parent.

Homeschool Classes

Ages 5+, 1 hour class.
An exercise class for your homeschool student! Games and courses throughout the gym fulfill the phys ed. requirement for your program.

Ninja Gym

This class explores all the well known attributes of the ninja - stealth, agility, balance and coordination. Using gymnastics Canada’s fundamental movement patterns we will explore many fun ways to learn to move, land, rotate, jump, swing and stay very still, just like a ninja!

Ninja Gym Jr - Ages 3-5yrs

Teen Class/Adult Class

These classes are partially unstructured to allow teens and adults to work on skills and fitness at their own pace, while still learning fundamental gymnastics movements and skills. Classes will be instructed throughout with full warmups, strength building and flexibility.

Tumbling & Trampoline

These athletes learn tumbling skills on the floor and have use of our double mini and regulation size trampoline to explore beyond the basics of trampolining!

CanGym Recreational Classes

Our recreational classes follow the CanGym program, which consists of 11 badges. This program was created by Gymnastics Canada and also includes components of the Junior Olympic program. We strive to offer programs that are taught with attention to the ability and skill level of each individual. We hope to encourage fitness as a lifelong aspect.

Burgundy/Red/Tan

Ages 6+, 1.5 hour class. In the beginner class students learn the fundamentals of gymnastics such as landing, rolling, jumping and swinging.

Bronze+
